Responsibilities
Positioning & Narrative
• Define and refine Candor’s category story and differentiation
• Develop segment-specific messaging for payers, digital health companies, and healthcare IT platforms
• Translate technical infrastructure into clear economic and strategic value
Sales Enablement
• Own core pitch decks and segment variations
• Build ROI frameworks and business case materials
• Develop competitive positioning and objection handling
• Partner with sales on strategic enterprise deals
Product Launches
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new features and capabilities
• Craft launch messaging, collateral, and campaigns
• Ensure tight alignment between product roadmap and market narrative
Customer Storytelling
• Turn customer outcomes into compelling case studies
• Quantify impact across accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, and navigation outcomes
• Develop proof points that accelerate enterprise sales cycles
Market Education
• Contribute to thought leadership across AI in healthcare, network adequacy, and provider intelligence
• Support conference presence and executive visibility
• Elevate Candor’s brand as infrastructure for the AI era of healthcare
Qualifications
• 5-10 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience selling into healthcare payers strongly preferred
• Ability to translate complex technical platforms into compelling business value
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action
Bonus:
• Experience in Medicare Advantage or healthcare data infrastructure
• Experience supporting enterprise sales motions ($100k–$1M+ deals)
• Background in AI-native or analytics platforms
